Man Forced To Marry Girlfriend In ICU Of Hospital, Escapes Soon After That! 

In an unusual case, a man from Maharashtra's Pune district was forced to marry his girlfriend at a hospital after she attempted suicide. The marriage took place in the hospital because, the woman was admitted there after she tried to commit suicide.

She took the tragic step after the man allegedly refused to marry her. This incident took place on November 27. The man has been identified as Suraj Nalavade. 

According to NDTV reports,the man managed to escape from the hospital soon after the wedding took place. After which the woman filed a rape case against him.

Meanwhile, the investigating officer in the case, Prakash Rathore asserted that an FIR has been filed against Suraj Nalwade, under IPC section 376 (punishment for rape). 

Police said; the woman in her complaint claimed that Suraj had forced her to have a physical relationship with him.

Days later, when she proposed to marry him, he allegedly refused to it, saying that she belongs to a lower caste.
