Brutal Beating: Man Thrashes Wife To Death, Camera Records Video

In a sad and shocking case, an alcoholic husband killed his wife in Uttar Pradesh's Raebareli district. The accused killed her in front of his 6-year-old son.  

This incident took place in Korihar village of Gurubakhshganj area of the district, which has shocked the villagers and family. A video of the gruesome incident was shot by a neighbour of the accused which later went viral on social media. 

The accused has been identified as Dhanraj, while his wife identified as Sangeet, who was thrashed so brutally that she died of internal injuries. 

As per a Times Now report, in the video the accused was caught thrashing his wife as she screamed in pain. 

"We got information about a woman's murder. When the police reached there, the woman was frothing from the mouth. We have sent the body for post-mortem. We have also taken note of the viral video and contacted the family of the woman. Police have also detained the husband of the woman. We will act accordingly after getting post-mortem report," said Nityanand Rai, Additional SP. 

The body has been sent for postmortem while the husband has been arrested and also charged for murder.
