NDTV reports saying that the Kerala High Court on Tuesday turned down Malayalam actor Dileep's demand for a copy of the video of the abduction of an actress, in whose case he has been embroiled and her harassment at the hands of the perpetrators who took her around in a vehicle in Kochi for two hours in February 2017.

Dileep was given over 700 pieces of evidence in the case, but not the video. Besides Dileep, 12 people, are accused in the case, while his ex-wife Manju Warrier, is also a key witness.

The actor has also sought a Central Bureau of Investigation inquiry in the case, which had taken Kerala by storm, with opinions being divided.

However, the actor has been having a decent run at the box office with both his recent films like Ram Leela and Kammara Sambhavam doing considerably well.
