IndiGo Pilot Flies Mother & Grandmother On First Flight, Touches Feet To Seek Blessings

In a heartwarming story that has now gone viral, an IndiGo airlines pilot touched his mother and grandmother's feet before he entered the cockpit to fly them to Singapore on their maiden flight.

The pilot, Pradeep Krishnan's friend and roommate posted a video of the entire incident on Facebook. In the video, Pradeep is seen walking on the aisle, making his way through other passengers to reach his mother, grandmother and sister.

As he reaches them, he touches their feet to seek blessings, before making his way to the cockpit. All three family members were all smiles as it was a proud moment for them. Pradeep’s friend also shared an emotional message and referred to the touching incident as a "dream come true" for this friend.

Pradeep who first started flying in 2007 has been a co-pilot and the flight bound Singapore from Chennai was his first flight as a pilot.
