India To Cross 19,000-Mark of COVID19 Cases While Death Toll Reaches 603; Check State Wise Report!
Home > News Shots > India newsThe Health Ministry on Tuesday confirmed that India reported 18,985 positive coronavirus cases so far with 603 deaths. Lav Agrawal, the Joint Secretary in the Health Ministry said as many as 3,252 people have been cured till now and 705 recovered on Monday.
"61 additional districts from 23 States/UT have not reported any fresh cases in last 14 days. Four new districts have been included in the list-Latur, Osmanabad, Hingoli & Washim in Maharashtra," Agrawal further added. Looking at the overall new cases in the last 24 hours, there are 1,336 reported.
Highlighting about cases in the states, Maharashtra comes first with 4,669, followed by Delhi, which has 2,081 cases and 47 deaths. Gujarat become the latest on the list with 2,066 cases while other states like Rajashtan, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh are below 1,600.
But shockingly, the stats of coronavirus globally is 2,511,528 people who have been infected and 173,342 have died so far.
