Baby dies after ambulance gets stuck at Congress rally

In a tragic incident, a new-born baby died in Haryana after the ambulance got stuck at a Congress rally on Wednesday. A probe has been ordered into the incident. 

Relatives of the infant alleged that the ambulance was stuck in heavy traffic jam because of the rally and couldn't move, the delay of which resulted in the baby dying before it could receive treatment. 

“Our child died en-route in the ambulance as we were stuck in the traffic jam for 45 minutes because of the Congress rally. There was no provision for oxygen in the ambulance,” the father of the infant was quoted as telling the news agency ANI.
