Four Sleeping Puppies Set On Fire Inside Garbage Dump; 3 Dead 1 Injured
Home > India newsIn a horrific incident, four sleeping puppies, sleeping inside a garbage dump in Hyderabad, were allegedly set on fire by unidentified people. The accident left three puppies dead and one injured, police said.
The incident occured on Saturday, following which a member of an animal welfare organisation lodged a complaint, alleging that some people set the puppies ablaze. A case under Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and IPC were registered, police added.
Investigation revealed that some people had set the garbage ablaze at the site, trapping the puppies sleeping there, police said, adding the injured pup was shifted to a veterinarian hospital.
