Earthquake Hit two States in India, During the Early hours of June 5 – Report
Home > News Shots > India newsWithin a week after an earthquake alert was sent to Delhi-NCR, earthquake tremors were felt in two states, on June 5. The Richter scale read that both Jharkhand and Karnataka was hit with a mild to moderate earthquake at the same time.
Asian News International reported that around 6:55 am, an earthquake of 4.0 magnitude hit Hampi and the neighbouring districts in karnataka. At the same time, an earthquake of 4.7 magnitude hit Jamshedpur in Jharkhand.
This news comes after the Delhi-NCR region has faced a series of mild earthquakes, 14 times within a span of 2 months.
