The engagement took place at former Karnataka CM and Union minister SM Krishna’s residence in Bengaluru on Monday. As per ANI reports, a small family ceremony took place to confirm the marriage as everyone wanted to keep it a low-key affair because it is not yet one year since the death of Amartya’s father.
Siddhartha Hegde passed away on July 29, 2019. He was the son-in-law of SM Krishna. As per police, it was a case of suicide.
The wedding will take place in December. Aishwarya is an engineering graduate and is the eldest daughter of Shivakumar and Usha, ANI further reported.
