Government makes Announcement about International Flights. When will Flight Operations Begin? Report
Home > News Shots > India newsDirectorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) said on Friday that it is extending the suspension of the scheduled international passenger flights in India till July 31. However, some international flight services on selected routes may be permitted on a case to case basis.
International passenger flights were suspended in India on March 23 in view of the coronavirus outbreak. DGCA modified the circular it released on June 26 in which it stated that flights will remain suspended till July 15. In the latest circular that deadline has been extended to July 21,3030.
Air India and other private domestic airlines have been operating unscheduled International repatriation flights as a part of the Vande Bharat Mission which was started by the Indian government on May 6.
