Home > News Shots > India newsA total breach of law and order alarmed Delhi on September 24 (Tuesday) when an assailant shot down a man in a car. The victim was a 45-year-old property dealer whose name is Narender alias Nintey. The incident happened in borad day light in Dwaraka's residential area.
The video is 0:19 sec long and opens with a lady walking past the scene while the shooter wearing helmet starts shooting through the SUV's window. The car tries to jam the shooter but he steps onto the adjacent car and continues shooting. Meanwhile, Narender comes out of the car and runs acorss bending backwards which clearly shows he is pain.
After few seconds of continous shooting, the assailant gets down from the top of the car and disappears. The video was shared via a Twitter account, Raj Shekhar Jha along with the caption, "This is in Delhi. Law and order has totally collapsed. Look at how the shooter is standing on top of a car and firing at a businessman in Dwarka. Wonder why home ministry is looking the other way. Shame." (sic).
Narender was declared dead in hospital and doctors confirmed that 3 bullets hit him. Reportedly, the Delhi police have registered a case under section 302 (Muder) of the IPC code and an investigation is underway to arrest the accused.
