When traffic rules fail, dance helps! Pratap Chandra Khandwal has a quirky way of making people obey traffic rules in Odisha's Bhubaneswar.
The 33-year-old home guard who is currently deployed as a traffic police personnel, manages traffic using his dance moves. He strikes poses, and enacts swift movements to control and direct vehicles at major intersections. He is well-known among commuters for his interesting way to manage jams.

“I convey my message through dance moves. Initially, people didn’t obey rules, but with my style people got attracted and started obeying rules”, Khandwal told ANI
Pratap, who has been working with the traffic police for four years now, says that he came up with the moves through experience and practice.
