Several schools and colleges in Bengaluru have declared a holiday for Monday in wake of the nation-wide bandh called by Congress and other allies in respect of rising fuel prices in the country.
The holiday has been declared keeping in mind that transportation services could be hit. Earlier in the day, cab aggregator Ola had announced that their cars would be off the roads.
Several schools, meanwhile have decided that in wake of the Monday holiday that they are taking, they would make up by working on Saturday.
