Kissing is known to relieve stress, regulate heartbeat, makes one look young, and also burn calories. Yes, you read that right!
According to Jaiya Kinzbach, a Los Angeles-based sexologist, one minute of passionate kiss can burn 2 to 6 calories. It changes with intensity and duration of the kiss. One hour of passionate kissing can burn about 100 calories.
However, one hour of cycling will burn about 600 calories. So it surely cannot be a substitute for working out in the gym or doing yoga, but it could be one sweet reward for going through the intense struggle in losing weight.
