TCS Launches Return-To-Work Solution Amid Work From Home Crisis - Report
Home > News Shots > Business newsAmid the work from home crisis and the 'new normal' for employees, IT major Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced the launch of TCS Safe Workplace.
It is a return-to-work solution that helps global enterprises quickly transition to a safe, secure and productive work environment. As per Business Standard reports, when the coronavirus crisis stabilizes, employees would want to return to a work environment they can trust.
So to create a safe environment, enterprises are planning new policies:
- to address mandated self-attestation
- contact tracing
- social distancing regulations, while also ensuring compliance.
So to handle the situation, TCS Safe Workplace was launched, with the help of TCS' technology expertise and domain capabilities in HR processes, business continuity, facility management, and employee safety and well-being, Business Standard further reported.
Highlining about the platform, TCS Safe Workplace uses existing enterprise platforms to design and create a workplace that can:
- assesses the readiness of employees
- the work environment and the workforce model
- automates the return to work processes, including contact tracing, shift management
- workspace planning along with monitoring critical risk factors.
The solution will also help companies manage self-attestation from employees, awareness communications, and grievance resolution. This platform will also enable enterprises to jumpstart return-to-work programs within four weeks and scale support to manage thousands of employees across various locations.
