Most of the corporates and tech giants such as Alphabet, Facebook, YouTube, Amazon, Tesla, Apple, Twitter, Microsoft, are against the move. Many experts have elucidated that the move might not be economically beneficial and some have raised questions to the president asking whether this was a part of his anti- immigration agenda to win elections. With these, netizens went back to an old debate and questioned Trump.

“With Trump suspending the H1B and other VISAs for skilled workers, many on social media recalled that had such rules existed previously, Melania would probably never become the First Lady. Questions were also raised on her eligibility for the "Einstein Visa" (EB-1) which is usually reserved for person of great skill such as Oscar, Pulitzer or Nobel winners and other accomplished and gifted individuals. Many also wondered whether Melania and her parents would now be deported after the visa suspensions,” CNN News 18 reported.
