7 Major IT Companies Banned from Applying for H-1B Visas!
Home > News Shots > Business newsA new study from National Foundation for American Policy revealed that the denial rate of H-1B visas touched 24% in the third quarter of the current fiscal year, meaning that things are getting worse for major Indian IT companies.
In addition to the denial, the US Department of Labor recently revealed that a few firms have been banned from applying for H-1B visas.
The companies that are disqualified include Azimetry, Inc., Bulmen Consultant Group, Inc., Business Reporting Management Services, Inc., NETAGE, Inc., Kevin Chambers, E-Aspire IT LLC and more.
The data received from the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), clearly indicates the strict policy on H-1B visa petitions imposed by the Trump government. The study also revealed that rejection rate is highest among major IT companies.
