Cognizant to lay off senior level employees on cost cutting measures!
Home > News Shots > Business newsCognizant has reportedly decided to lay off nearly 350 people in senior level who earn around 80 lakh to 1.2 crore per annum in cost cutting measures reports Economic Times.
The company is also all set to turn its focus towards digital skills more than traditional technology services. These employees are aged 50-55 and most of them are from India.
The reports further say that this is part of 10,000 to 12,000 mid- to senior-level positions that was announced to be laid off earlier.
“We have nothing to add to what was stated in our Q3 earnings call,” said a Cognizant spokesperson to Economic Times.
