BSNL Extends 1500GB Plan To 11 Cities In Tamil Nadu: Check Names Here!

The state-owned telco, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), has extended its existing 1500GB FTTH plans to new cities in Tamil Nadu. Earlier, it had introduced its plans in Chennai and Telangana with a validity of 90 days only. 

In this plan, the BSNL 1500GB Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) comes with a speed of 200Mbps up to 1500GB data with unlimited local and STD calls to any network. Only after the FUP limit is reached, the speed automatically reduces to 2Mbps. 

As per a tweet by BSNL Junior Telecom Officer (JTO) N Surendar, BSNL has introduced the 1500GB plan priced at Rs. 1,999. The cities where the plan has been introduced are; Salem, Yercaud, Omalur, Mettur, Sankagiri, Tiruchengode, Attur, Valapady, Rasipuram, Namakkal and Velur. 

Plans starting from Rs. 499 (20Mbps up to 100GB) till Rs. 1,999 (200Mbps up to 1500GB ) are available to use in these cities, the tweet further added. 

In this plan, customers will also get a free Hotstar Premium subscription in Rs. 749 plan.
