Amazon CEO Spends $165 Million Amidst Valentines Day Buzz

The expensive property in Los Angeles was previously owned by David Geffen, a music mogul. Apparently the Amazon CEO has beaten the record of CEO of FOX corporation Lachlan Murdoch who had bought the Chartwell Estate generally known as Beverly Hills mansion for $150 (Rs 1, 071 crores).last year.
History of Jeff Bezos's New House
The new mansion bought by Jeff Bezos was built for Warner Bros founder Jack Warner in the 1930s. After Jack Warner died at the age of 86, his wife Ann lived at the mansion until her death in 1990. Then Geffen cashed in an estimated amount of $47.5 million and purchased the mansion that was built with architectural excellence.
Architecture
Spreading over 9 acres (13,600 SQ ft), the Beverly Hills mansion hosts expensive gardens and terraces, two guesthouses, nursery and three hothouses, tennis court, swimming pool, nine-hole golf course and motor court.
Amidst Valentines Day buzz, Bezos had spent an eighth of a per cent of his net worth $131.9 billion net worth to buy the lavish mansion for his girlfriend.
