A film about Vijay's fans! Yes, Pokkiri Simon is an upcoming Malayalam film written and directed by Jijo Antony. The film is based on the lives of Vijay fans in Kerala and their selfless love for their star. Krishnan Sethukumar produces this movie which is all set to release on Friday, the 22nd of September.

Prior to the release of this movie, the director Jijo, and producer Krishnan have met Thalapathy Vijay's father, Dr. SA Chandrasekar to receive his blessings. They met the senior director SAC in person to discuss the film.

Pokkiri Simon stars Sunny Wayne and Prayaga Martin of Pisaasu fame. It has music by Gopi Sundar.
