While Anirudh was up in stage to perform his composition 'Marana Mass', a song that was featured in the Rajinikanth blockbuster Petta, Anirudh was joined by KaKa Balachander, member of The Casteless Collective, the band that won the 'Behindwoods Gold Mic- Socially responsible band' award. Balachander also lend his backing vocals for the song and the impromptu jig came as a phenomenal bolt out of the blue.
