“Thiillu Mullu panravangalukku ellam pakkavana song.” Personally I can connect to the song at times (Laughs out).

UNMAI ORU NAAL VELLUM - LINGAA

One song anybody can go to when depressed. My favourite!

KAATTUKUYILU MANASUKULLA - THALAPATHY

“En nanban potta soru, nithamum thinenparu.” How much I’m able to connect with those lines. Reminds me of my many friends who’ve been with me during my hardships. Friends are my backbone, support, pillars,etc.

STYLU STYLU THAAN - BAASHA

A very stylish and catchy song. It serves as an inspiration for me to use catchy and simple words while writing lyrics.

ENNODA RAASI NALLA RAASI - MAAPILLAI

Again one of those songs that easily caught up to me. A self motivating song, which I would keep humming to myself.

KADHALIN DEEPAM - THAMBIKKU ENTHA OORU

“Love paneetu suthumbothula intha paatu than manasula odum” (laughs to himself). ‘Lover Boy’ song for me.

MAYA MAYA - BABA

This song was a craze during my college days. One of my frequently used counter punch used to be “Ellaam Maya” then.

THEN MADURAI VAIGAI NADHI - DHARMATHIN THALAIVAN

My brother has to be said as the driving force for my entry to cinema. The Annan- Thambi lines, especially, ‘Nammai pola nenjam konda, annan thambi yarum illai”, makes this a very special Thalaivar song for me!
