Suriya had a promising start to this year with Thaana Serntha Kootam, directed by Vignesh Shivn. He has a film with Selvaraghavan awaiting its release this year. The project is tentatively titled Suriya 36, produced by S.R. Prabhu Dream Warriors Pictures.
