Iru Mugan holding Chiyaan Vikram's stamp, is gearing up for a release on September 8th. The movie which received a U/A certificate from the Censor Board is believed to have an approximate runtime of 150 minutes.
Anand Shankar of Arima Nambi fame, is the director of this action packed entertainer. Shibu Thameens, who will be bankrolling Vikram’s Saamy 2 with director Hari is the producer of Iru Mugan too.
RD Rajasekhar is the DoP and Bhuvan Srinivasan has handled the editing. The visuals look promising enough and knowing Bhuvan Srinivasan’s style, we can expect the editing to be crisp.
The project was launched on December 2015 and the first look poster released on January 2016. This is Harris Jayaraj’s sixth collaboration with Vikram and Hallena is already a popular number. The audio was launched on the 2nd of August along with the trailer.
The trailer gave a peek into the dual roles Vikram will be playing. He will be playing the role of a RAW agent and will also be playing a role named Love. Nayanthara and Nithya Menen will be playing the female leads and Nassar and Thambi Ramiah are also a part of the cast.
Vikram holds the knack of casting a spell over the audience with his acting skills. And we are looking forward to being bowled over by Vikram’s performance.
