Vishal's request to film journalists and online reviewers

The audio launch of Vikram Prabhu's Neruppu Da is happening at the Annai Illam currently, and it is a star-studded gala function. Celebrities like Rajinikanth, Dhanush, Raghava Lawrence, Vishal, and others have graced the occasion with their presence.

Here is an excerpt of Vishal's speech at the audio launch. He said, "Neruppu Da is a new attempt, I feel because there haven't been many films about firefighters. They've touched a new genre with this film. Sean Roldan is the hero of the day. It is so good to see some quality composers like him in this new generation. Prabhu sir's family is always known for their hospitality. During the shooting of Aambala, food will come from Prabhu sir's house for the entire crew, and we would spend 3 hours eating that, by stalling the shoot.

I want to use this stage, to address an important issue. Media people, you are also part of the film fraternity, and I kindly request you to do all your film reviews, after three days of the film's release. Reviewing within the first three shows of the movie is not good. I agree it is film journalism, there is freedom of speech, freedom of expression, but on the terms of basic humanity, I ask this. Give the film some time to breathe. There are certain so-called journalists, online reviewers, who are literally ripping the film apart, through social media. Yes, I agree, it is your point of view, but do it after three days, or on the fourth day. As the President of Producers Council, secretary of Nadigar Sangam, an actor, and as a human being, I ask you this. You all, are part of the film fraternity. I hope you understand the sentiments of so many people's hard work. Thank you."
