MS DHONI: DAY 1 INDIA,TAMIL NADU AND CHENNAI BOX OFFICE COLLECTIONS

Neeraj Pandey has struck gold big time with his latest biopic MS Dhoni: The Untold Story starring Sushant Singh Rajput in the lead. The film has apparently made an estimated business of 21.5 crores in India from its opening day.

This we hear is the 2nd highest opening day collection of the year behind only to Salman Khan's Sultan which was said to have done a business close to 36 crores.

The film has also taken a very good opening at the Tamil Nadu box office. Reportedly MS Dhoni has collected around 2 crores in Tamil Nadu. According to Behindwoods box office wing, it is estimated to have collected around 30 lakhs in Chennai from both its Hindi and Tamil versions.
