“TAMIL FILMS ONLY HAVE TO GIVE WAY AND..”

Actor Karthi, who was present at the Magalir Mattum audio launch today (24th April) was all praise for Jyothika, Saranya Ponvannan, Bhanupriya and Oorvasi for their work in this Bramma directorial. He also thanked Ghibran for giving him the opportunity to sing a number in this album. The actor, also mentioned a few points about the film’s release. He said:

“With such talented artists and a good universal content that can even be shown to kids, I think Magalir Mattum will be a proper family entertainer with a subtle message rather than a female oriented flick targetted for women. I hope the movie gets a really good release window and succeeds as it is really hard to release Tamil films these days. With many Hindi films releasing every week and a huge Telugu movie like Baahubali, Tamil films only have to give way and wait for a better release date. I once again thank Ghibran for giving me the opportunity to sing for this wonderful movie. Before this, I had sung 3 lines in Yuvan and Venkat Prabhu's Biriyani for the song Mississippi, but this is my first full-fledged song. I was nervous to even listen to my own voice but thanks to composer Ghibran, my voice sounds decent and listenable now”.
