''RAJEEV KUMAR HAS COMPLETELY RECOVERED'' - GAUTAMI

Director Rajeev Kumar, who was initially planned to helm the trilingual project, Sabash Naidu/ Sabash Kundu starring Kamal Haasan, had to have the plan changed due to his health issues.
Kamal Haasan himself took up the responsibility of sporting the director’s hat and the team has also wrapped shooting the US portions.

Recently Behindwoods met Gautami for an exclusive interview, and when we inquired about Rajeev’s health, this is what she had to say, “We were very upset that Rajeev, a very nice and soft spoken human being was going through such discomfort and pain. Now he has completely recovered and I was very happy to see him on the sets interacting with the crew. Now he has returned home safe too”
