Flashmob in Chennai for eradicating piracy

RBSI, the online fan club of Superstar Rajinikanth is a socially responsible fan family which had stepped in to help the people during the Chennai flood with relief materials. They are also involved in socially responsible activities throughout the year.

Now with superstar’s Kabali releasing, the fans have gone a step ahead and joined hands with Jazz Cinemas to give their voice against piracy. A flashmob event was organized by these young fans, the majority of them are in their 20s.

Impressed by their passion for Superstar's movie, Jazz Cinemas, the distributor of Kabali in TN, supported RBSI for their good cause and helped with the needed support for the event.

The event happened on Saturday (July16) at Luxe, Phoenix Mall, Chennai where a large number of people gathered to cheer and support the initiative.  It's the first time a flashmob event happened in India solely for Superstar Rajinikanth by his fans.

When RBSI fans were asked about how the idea came up and why this event, they said, “Eradicating piracy is the sincerest form of tribute to our Thalaivar.  He is the role model for everyone. This is just a small effort from our side to kill piracy, if all the fans of the other actors also join hands to support anti-piracy, we can eradicate piracy totally”.
