INTERESTING CHOICE AFTER IRAIVI & AANDAVAN KATTALAI

Cheenu Mohan, who has acted in many movies in supporting roles including Mani Ratnam's Thalapathi and Anjali made a strong comeback in Iraivi. His role in Iraivi was critically appreciated and was also seen recently in Aandavan Kattalai in a small role as a passport officer, but his acting was commendable.

Looks like Cheenu is taking up more films now and our sources inform he will play an important role in Dhanush's Vada Chennai directed by Vetrimaaran. He will be playing the role of a corrupt politician on the lines of Ammavasa (Amaithipadai). However, we will have to wait for the official confirmation from the team.
