While the expectations for both Ranjith’s Kabali and Shankar’s Enthiran 2 are going beyond the roof, the 65 year old Superstar effortlessly juggles between a don and a scientist. One of the questions doing the rounds was- will the robot character ‘Chitti’ of Enthiran played by the Superstar be reprised in the sequel?
To our utter joy, writer Jeyamohan who is known for his crisp stint in Kamal Haasan’s ‘Papanasam’, has cleared the air and confirmed that owing to Superstars’s inherent naughtiness, speed and passion in mind, Chitti’s character will be more elaborate than the original.
“The dialogues for the film have been completed by me long ago. Shankar is a director known for his brief screenplay. ‘Anniyan’ was the best out of his works with regard to screenplay and ‘2.0’ will be better than that. Akshay Kumar has replaced Arnold Schwarzenegger and bagged the antagonist’s role. This character which has multiple dimensions to it was initially written for one of the biggest heroes of Tamil Cinema.” - wrote an excited Jeyamohan in his blog.
