SIMBU'S GENUINE EFFORTS TOWARDS FLOOD RELIEF

Simbu has done his genuine part in the relief efforts following the rains that lashed Chennai, Cuddalore and few other districts. A source close to the star elaborates,

 

"A group of fans on behalf of Team STR joined hands with NIM Care for relief efforts. STR personally donated funds to each of the affected areas such as Chennai, Cuddalore, Pondy, Thiruvallur and Kancheepuram. He advised us to partner with a well-informed NGO to go about the relief activities in a well-informed and professional manner. 

 

We have been following a token system and have distributed non-perishable essentials such as blankets, clothes and also sanitary napkins to women. Kumaran Textiles have partnered with us to donate clothes.
