TN BOX OFFICE - SURIYA'S PASANGA 2 FIRST WEEKEND PERFORMANCE

The Pandiraj directorial Pasanga 2, co-produced by Suriya, opened on December 24 a day ahead of Christmas. The film has been met with glowing reviews by one and all and it is being seen as a lesson on how to groom and raise young impressionable kids.

 

At the box-office, the film had to compete with Jayam Ravi's Bhooloham which opened in many big screens. At the end of the first 4 days, the TN gross of Pasanga 2 is said to be around the 5 crores mark. The film has been given the tax free status and the weekday shows have been increased in multiplexes in and around Chennai. Released by Escape Artists Motion Pictures, Pasanga 2 is expected to hold on well in the coming days and weeks.
