Ilayathalapathy Vijay is in an undisclosed foreign destination and is expected to return to the city tomorrow, Dec 28. The actor isn't in Dubai, as reported by some media outlets, says a trusted aide close to the actor. Vijay would be celebrating New Year in the city.
