A REALLY GENEROUS VIJAY AND HIS DEDICATED FANS

Ilayathalapathy Vijay's fans are a united lot under the aegis of the 'Vijay Makkal Iyakkam' (VMI). We have come to know that through VMI, Vijay has donated about 3 crores worth of relief materials to people affected by the floods in Chennai, Cuddalore and Pondicherry. In some places, Vijay has supposedly gone in person to donate such relief.

 

The members of VMI were involved in door to door distribution of the necessary food items, domestic necessities, clothing and also other non-perishable essentials. A spokesperson of the VMI also said that Rs.4000 each was given to their members who had been affected by the floods.

 

A really generous superstar indeed. Way to go, Ilayathalapathy and all VMI brothers.
