Malayalam super hit Bangalore Days went on to appeal the other regional areas also apart from the God’s own country. A feel good movie about friendship, the Anjali Menon directed film had Nivin Pauly, Dulquer Salmaan, Nazriya, Fahadh Fasil, Nithya Menen and Parvathy in important roles.
Soon after the film’s strong run at box-office, PVP cinemas got the Tamil rights of the film and planned to make it with Rana Daggubati, Bobby Simha, Arya, Sri Divya and Samantha to reprise the original characters. Directed by Bommarillu fame Bhaskar, the film has Gopi Sundar composing the music. The shooting of the film is all done with post-production happening now.
Interesting part is that the film is releasing on the 25th of December for Christmas but still no official confirmation about the film's title. It has been rumoured that the title is Arjun, Divya Matrum Karthik but the official information is yet to come.
Jil Jung Juk and the Bangalore days remake are releasing on the same day with one film having no heroine and the other with so many girls to romance. Wait for a contrasting release at box-office this Christmas.
