According to a report on TNM, a travel advisory was issued by the Kerala government in view of the Nipah outbreak. The announcement, which advised people to avoid travelling to districts like  Kozhikode, Malappuram, Wayanad and Kannur, has now been retracted after the incubation period has passed.

This advisory has now been withdrawn. Additional Chief Secretary of State Health and Family Welfare Department, Rajeev Sadanandan, reportedly issued a circular on Monday stating that it was now safe to travel to any part of Kerala.
