It doesn't matter whether you do dancing or skipping or swimming or a 10,000-step walking or some athletic or sport activity or gyming or yoga or anything, but make sure to go for it. Every physical activity will help in losing weight. If you are not someone who does any kind of physical activity then adapt and start working out 3 days a week and gradually increase it to 5-6 days a week. Doing it for at least 15 mins to 1 hour will show a big difference in your weight. Pick a physical activity you enjoy doing so that it won't look like a chore to you.
