Nadukuppam fish market was set on fire after the Jallikattu protest at the Marina beach. Police personnel were caught setting autos on fire.
RACER ASHWIN SUNDAR'S CAR CATCHES FIRE
Racer Ashwin Sundar's BMW rammed a tree and caught fire on March 18. Sundar and his wife Nivedhitha died on the spot.
FIRE BREAKS OUT IN APARTMENT IN VADAPALANI
A fire broke out in an apartment in Vadapalani on May 8. Four people, including two children, suffocated to death, while five others were seriously injured.
CAR GOES UP IN FLAMES IN MAHABALIPURAM
Three people were charred to death in a car near Mahabalipuram on May 27.
FIRE AT CHENNAI SILKS IN T NAGAR
