The BCCI has decided that the captains of six IPL franchises will not attend the opening ceremony of season 11 to be held on April 7 before the inaugural match. The decision was taken due to inadequate homework on the part of senior BCCI officials on the logistical aspect of four other franchises who have matches next day.
