Chennai Super Kings gearing up for a grand comeback into the Indian Premiere League had a great outing during the players auction as they retained most of its core team. CSK retained its lead Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Suresh Raina, and Ravindra Jadeja with the retention policy and used their Right To Match (RTM) card to retain all-rounder Dwayne Bravo and South African captain Faf Du Plessis.
