SATHYAN ANTHIKAD ROPES IN MAMMOOTTY FOR HIS NEXT

Director Sathyan Anthikad has reportedly roped in Mammootty for his next. The director, who had recently congratulated the senior actor on a public forum for his performance in the recently-released Pathemari, will now be joining hands with Mammootty after their combination in the film Oral Maathram, way back in 1997. 

 

Although not much details have been divulged, Mammootty is said to be taking on a challenging role in this film and something different from what the actor has been handling on screen of late. Sathyan Anthikad's last outing was the Mohanlal-Manju Warrier starrer Ennum Eppozhum, which did average business at the box office. 

 

Mammootty and Sathyan Anthikad have worked together in films like Kalikalam, Ardham, Golanthara Varthakal, Kanalkkattu, No. 1 Snehatheeram Bangalore North, Sreedharante Onnam Thiru Muriv and Oral Mathram.
