Recent reports revealed that ex - CBFC head, Pahlaj Nihalani has bought the distribution rights of Raai Laxmi's Julie 2. Director Ananda Krishnan's Metro was refused to be certified for television broadcast and hence the director took to Twitter to share his feelings on Pahlaj Nihalani releasing an 'A' certified film.

Ananda Krishnan posted, "#Metro movie Tv certification
Former CBFC head Mr. Pahlaj Nihalani,
to whom I mailed many times, when Mr. Mathiazhagan, Tamil Regional officer (who initially refused certification for theatre) refused Tv certification too.

My question & doubt to him was very simple
When Theatrical certification has an appeal for Regional officers decision i.e., 'revising committee'
why doesn't Tv certification has
it ?
He or his official representatives never replied any of my mails.

And now this former CBFC head returns to the movie business as the distributor of this wholesome family entertainer.
Exposing 6th.
