The Kerala High Court on Monday postponed its verdict on the anticipatory bail plea of Malayalam actress Kavya Madhavan. Actor Dileep, Kavya Madhavan's husband was arrested on July 10th in the actress abduction case as one of the prime suspects is in police custody and all his four bail pleas were rejected so far.

Kavya Madhavan who had reportedly applied for anticipatory bail as news surfaced the actress might also be arrested soon. But the High Court has announced the anticipatory bail of the actress will be considered only next week. The court has also asked the prosecution to express their opinion on Kavya's bail before giving a verdict on her bail plea.

The police have allegedly announced that Kavya won't be named as accused in this stage as she is only summoned for questioning twice and the investigation is still in progress. Meanwhile, Actor / Director Nadirsha's anticipatory bail is also postponed to 25th of this month.
