As reported earlier Ajith suffered a severe shoulder injury while filming Vivegam. He apparently underwent a 2-hour long operation recently in Chennai. Though he is completely fine now, he is supposedly advised to take rest for at least 3 months.

So our sources close to Thala have informed us that he would be starting his next film only after 3 months. Though it is sad that Ajith would be out of action for 3 months, his health and fitness would be the top most priority and concern for all Ajith fans.

It is speculated that Thala would team up with Siva once again after Vivegam and we can expect an official announcement in the months to come.
