Tamil Nadu government has been replacing the traditional ration card with the latest Smart Card. The Government has been issuing Smart Cards to people across the state. However, here is one smart card which has made the headline today.

Apparently, a woman named Saroja located in Omalur near Salem got her smart card with the photo of actress Kajal Aggarwal in it. This wrongly printed smart card took Saroja by surprise and it, in fact, is said to be the talk of the village.
